rose smellbeautiful viewcold poolsauna entry
my room was really nice and spacious. it has a balcony with a beautiful view. i loved the rose smell in the lobby and i loved the rose gardens.
it was cold in the pool area, also in dressing rooms and the water was cold, so it was not possible for i to use these facilites. even though the hotel is very expensive, they charge you 10 usd per hour for the sauna entry, wich is riddiculous.

The hotel had a complimentary shuttle service that took me to and from town, convenient.
I was told not to bring in any outside food and only two bottles of water was provided each day. I also should not put luggage on the bed or I would be fined. The hotel also said I will be fined if I loose my room key. I felt a bit controlled with constant reminders of what was not allowed.

i loved the gardens filled with flowers it smelled like roses everywhere i walked. the hourly free shuttle to the city was very convenient. i used whatsapp to coordinate pickups and it was easy. the staff were helpful and courteous and it was a nice experience.
the gym was a bit small and some equipment seemed outdated.

the location offers beautiful views it overlooks the city and surrounding mountains. a free buggy service operates hourly offering easy access to the city center. the grounds are filled with well looked after flowers.

the room was spacious and featured a super comfortable bed. the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower. a balcony added extra coziness and created a great space to unwind after an exciting day.

the breakfast selection offered a rich variety catering to different tastes. i enjoyed freshly prepared pho omelets and pancakes from live stations. i could also choose baguettes with salami cheese dim sum and soup.

The hotel shuttle service was very convenient, offering frequent trips to the town center. The breakfast selection was extensive. I adored the local dishes. I also found the room clean and well kept, with daily housekeeping ensuring a fresh space. It was AMAZING!!!

The room was very cozy. I had a Balcony Junior Suite . Staff were helpful. I found the free buggy service to the city center useful. The architecture displayed a lovely design, and the views from the hotel was quite good.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled. I found this a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast was very various and tasty. There were fresh pho, omelettes, and crepes at the live stations. I also noticed siew mai dim sum and daily soup were available.

The hotel includes a big pool and gym. A free hourly shuttle takes people to the city center. The hotel has interesting decor made by local people. Also there is a spa zone features a hammam, hot and cold jacuzzi, a sauna, and wooden Japanese tubs.

The staff was very friendly and keen to help. Reception staff assisted with travel itineraries, and the prices were reasonable. The hotel offers buggy shuttles to the city, running every hour. Taxis to the city only cost VND50K.

The service was responsive. I appreciated the architecture. The amenities were very clean and well kept. Staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast had vast options. I was able to find something to suit my taste. The gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. The hotel shuttle provided convenient transportation to town.
The location is a bit far from the town center. Shuttles operate only once an hour.
